epic fail on dinner tonight... my dads a bastard and made some of his little hamburgers I know that I should have said fuck you I dont want them... but I didnt... but its ok... a small slip up is nothing.... havent drank soda in a while or fast food... time to kick it up a notch.. im gonna go to a party this weekend... no food or drink for me... unless its water.... or tea... but none of my friends drink tea....so.. WATER IT IS lol

  1. U gotta eat good like once a week or you will go crazy man. If you want some burgers u can make them pretty healthy pick up some lean ground turkey or even better some ground buffalo from whole foods(like $7 a lb) very lean and healthy and throw it on a wheat bun. Make sure not to taint it with mayo or shit like that.

  2. Yeah, little burgers can be tempting :(.

    You know what I LOVE? I get the Tomato, Mozarella and Basil Pizza Burgers from MOrning Star (they're vegetarian) and I make some brown rice. Then I put the "burgers" on top of the rice, top them with sauteed mushrooms and swiss cheese and they are YUMMY! Swiss cheese is like the best cheese you can eat. It is the easiest cheese to "burn" during exercise.
